Pricing Guide:
Please note that our we charge per 1000 words (rounded down to the nearest 1000. If your document is 4300 words, we will charge you for 4000 words). Any discrepancy in the project cost from innaccurate word counts will be corrected in the final invoice payment.
Please note that if you request a free sample, the word count of the sample is added to the complete document (if you requested a 3000 word sample from a 4300 word document, we will charge you the full 4000 words not 1000).
Order Delivery
After you submit your form. A member of our team will reach out to you. We will qualify you for your project. Once qualified, we will send you a quote. This will include the project cost (upfront and final payment amounts), project duration, start date, and the details of your selected package.
Upon your approval, we will send you a contract with the upfront invoice. We will only start your project once the contract has been signed, upfront payment has been sent, and we have reached the project start date. Please note. If there is a delay in any of those 3 items, the project start will be delayed. In that scenario, the project end date will shift accordingly.
You will receive the edited Manuscript and Editorial Assessment (if you chose the premium editing option) within the assigned period:
<50,000 words = 4 days
<80,000 words = 6 days
<160,000 words = 10 days
<250,000 words = 21 days
Once we send you the edited Manuscript and Editorial Assessment (if you chose the premium editing option) the project will be complete. Per the contract, you will have 7 days to submit the remaining payment amount for the project.

ProjectK Pub Rights
We commit to the guidelines stipulated in the Pricing Guide and the timeline established in the Order Delivery section. Failure to meet these expectations will result in a refund up to the payment amount, with completion of your order. If this happens to you, we apologize greatly.
We reserve the right to refuse work without justification. If this occurs, you will receive a full-refund. We are open to all kinds of work and do not specialize as long as it is a creative work (not a term paper, essay, etc). However, we have encountered edge-cases where we cannot complete an order on moral or personal grounds. As well, combative or overly-rude customers may receive a refusal to work as well.
Upon receiving payment, we will begin the stipulated work on the project start date, this will be clearly communicated to you. At this point, there will be no refunds to payments made unless stipulated in item #1 and #2 above.
Client Rights
You will retain full ownership of your work. ProjectK Pub does not claim any rights to your copywritten works.
ProjectK Pub will not save or store your work for any reason besides editing services. Upon order completion or cancellation, all documents will be securely disposed of. If ProjectK Pub desires your feedback or materials for marketing purposes, we will not carry out the disposal until we hear from the client.
ProjectK Pub will not advertise your identity, opinions on our services, or your work without your express consent. In cases where ProjectK Pub desires to use your experience for marketing purposes, you will be contacted directly.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included for free.
Revisions (if required) must include some direction. “Do it again,” is not acceptable. If you’re unsure or concerned, please contact us - we’re happy to chat. Example of direction: I noticed on pg 42 that there were some errors missed; or between pg 61-72 there is substantially less edits, can you review it? or what do you think about this change to character x?
Revisions can only be redeemed within 3 months from order completion. If you feel you’re exempt from this ruling, please contact us and we will discuss it.
Additional revisions can be purchased separately, if the requested revision is small, it can be done free-of-charge at our sole discretion. Please notify us if this is necessary, and we will have a discussion. Please note: Our standard rate for paid revisions is 20% of the document cost.
